These terms govern your use of Clayon, a private AI companion app. By creating an account or using Clayon, you agree to these terms.

The service

Clayon provides an AI-driven conversational companion. Depending on your opt-in choices, Clayon may proactively reach out to you within limits you control (at most once a day, three times a week by default, and never without your prior opt-in), and may, in the future, propose introductions to other people — always with your explicit, reciprocal consent, never automatically.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your sign-in access secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Clayon.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Clayon to harass, harm, or deceive other people.
• Don't attempt to access another person's account or data.
• Don't use Clayon for unlawful purposes.
• Don't attempt to extract, scrape, or misuse the underlying AI system beyond normal conversational use.

AI-generated content

Clayon's companion is an AI system. Its responses are generated, not reviewed by a human before you see them, and may occasionally be inaccurate. Don't rely on Clayon for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Termination

You may stop using Clayon and request account deletion at any time (see Support). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Clayon is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
